Sales Closer (Remote)
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM MST
Compensation: $7/hour + 2% commission per closed deal
Bonus: $1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days

Position Overview:
We’re seeking ambitious and high-performing Sales Closers who excel in fast-paced settings and are passionate about closing deals. You’ll connect directly with motivated property owners—homeowners looking to sell fast—and guide them through the acquisition process. Using a proven script, you’ll build rapport, uncover their needs, and negotiate win-win purchase agreements.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with property owners.
• Qualify leads and determine seller motivation and urgency.
• Follow a proven sales script while building trust and connection.
• Negotiate terms and finalize purchase agreements.
• Actively manage your pipeline and follow up on all leads.
• Keep CRM records updated with accurate notes and lead status.

Pay: E£61,316.00 - E£62,000.00 per month
