Full job description
· إدخال البيانات: تسجيل وإدخال البيانات المتعلقة بالعملاء، المركبات، الأجهزة، وعمليات التتبع في الأنظمة المخصصة لذلك. يتضمن ذلك التأكد من دقة البيانات المدخلة وتحديثها بشكل منتظم.
· تنظيم وتحديث قواعد البيانات: تنظيم البيانات بشكل منهجي داخل قواعد البيانات الرقمية، وتحديثها عند الحاجة لضمان أن تكون المعلومات محدثة وصحيحة.
· تنسيق الملفات: تنظيم الملفات والمستندات الرقمية بطريقة تتيح سهولة الوصول إليها، وضمان حفظ النسخ الاحتياطية للبيانات الهامة.
· التعاون مع الفرق الأخرى: العمل مع فرق الدعم الفني والإدارة لضمان توافر البيانات اللازمة لتحسين العمليات وتقديم خدمة أفضل للعملاء.
· معالجة الاستفسارات: مراجعة البيانات والنصوص للرد على استفسارات العملاء أو الفرق الداخلية فيما يتعلق بالمعلومات المسجلة، وضمان تقديم المعلومات بشكل دقيق.
· مطابقة البيانات وادخالها: بالتنسيق مع فريق الفني (التركيبات والصيانة) يتم مطابقة البيانات المرسلة وادخالها على ملف أكسل.
· التأكد من عمل الأجهزة: بعد التركيب او الصيانة من قبل الفريق الفني، يتم التأكد من عمل الأجهزة بنظام تتبع المركبات.
