We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to support our growing team in an insurance brokerage environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and training initiatives in alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for brokers, account managers, and support staff.
- Develop job postings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs tailored to the insurance industry.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs specific to insurance sales and support roles.
- Guide managers in coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
