Full job description

  • Responsible for coordination between all company departments and Follow up and monitor the performance of all departments.
  • Revise the workflow and ensure full cycle of work took place including fully and correct data entry and documentation by putting a system for checking day to day tasks.
  • Fully aware of all staff tasks in order to discover problems and find solutions
  • Responsible for Administration tasks related to staff adherence to company policy ensure the policy is fully applied on staff.
  • Handling all company administration tasks inside and outside ensure all company governmental documents are exists / renewed on due time according to Egypt law.
  • Handling all Customers complaints and suggestions in coordination with the Management .
  • Represents the Management and coordinate between the staff and the management.
  • Contribute in some operations tasks .
  • Prepare reports as per Management requirements, contribute in the Annual budget in coordination with the Chartered Accountant.
  • Checking assets and machine maintenance status ensure everything is working in a good order.
  • Handling Suppliers and all their procedures and documentations.
