We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to help us find, attract, and hire the best. This role isn’t about filling vacancies—it’s about curating a team that elevates our creative output, strengthens our brand DNA, and thrives in a fast-moving, highly visual environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across creative, production, marketing, operations, and leadership roles
- Build, manage, and optimize hiring pipelines for both full-time and project-based talent
- Create standout job postings that reflect our tone and brand energy
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates with speed, precision, and taste
- Own scheduling, follow-ups, offers, and negotiation—end to end
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy
- Build strong candidate experiences and talent brand presence
- Maintain and enhance our ATS and recruitment tracking systems
What You Bring
- 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in the creative, fashion, production, or luxury space
- Proven track record hiring for high-caliber teams under tight timelines
- Excellent judgment in identifying not just skill—but fit and chemistry
- Fluent English (Arabic is a must)
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms, and passive sourcing techniques
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
- Familiarity with the UAE/GCC talent landscape
