Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, acting as the point of contact for internal communication.
• Ensure that client orders are processed within the company's standard timescales.
• Maintain and improve client satisfaction by adhering to effective fulfillment and logistics policies and standard operating procedures.
• Manage all reporting related to the Operations Department, providing updates to management as required.
• Develop contractual relationships with overseas partners and global sea and air freight carriers.
• Deal directly with sea freight carriers to obtain the best-rated and fastest lead times for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Implement an efficient process to provide operations with immediate shipping rates for sales orders.
• Track all inbound and outbound shipments worldwide to ensure smooth delivery within project deadlines.
• Maintain a highly organised log of all shipments globally from start to finish.
• Provide clients with service delivery updates on all orders within the cycle of every calendar day.
• Ensure quality control over the outcome of cross-functional teams.
• Review and maintain sales contracts to ensure compliance with company standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Fulfillment or Client Service Delivery, preferably within an international logistics environment.
• Proven experience in managing international client relationships, with a strong background in project management, logistics, and quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• working independently from Home with a stable internet connection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£500.00 - E£600.00 per month
